Resolves YES if a film with majority AI-generated footage receives an Academy Award nomination in any category.
Source: the official nominations announced by the Academy.
Settles on 27 August 2027, 23:59 ET.
AI used for touch-ups, de-ageing, or a single sequence does not qualify, the majority of the film's footage must be AI-generated. A nomination for a documentary about AI does not count.

well, those young filmmakers are clever with their tools, and the academy does like to seem modern, so i put a few dollars on yes even though it makes my head spin a bit.
