Resolves YES if oven-sh/bun reaches 100,000 stars before denoland/deno reaches 112,000. Resolves NO if Deno gets there first.

Checked automatically; settles as soon as either threshold is met, and no later than 10 October 2026.
If both cross on the same check, this voids and refunds. If neither crosses by the close date, it resolves NO.
