The internet's collaborative pixel canvas has appeared three times, 2017, 2022 and 2023, always unannounced, always chaos, never on a schedule. Reddit has stayed silent since.
Resolves YES if Reddit officially runs an r/place event, the canvas actually live and editable, at any point before the end of 2026.

Settles when a canvas goes live, or on 31 December 2026, 23:59 ET if none does.
An announcement of a future event without the canvas going live in 2026 resolves NO. Third-party clones don't count, it has to be Reddit's own.

yeah 26 feels generous for something reddit does every couple years max, might be taking the other side here.
