Will Grand Theft Auto VI be nominated for Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2026?

The betting markets put GTA VI near 80% to win, but the nominees are expected on 16 November, three days before the game ships, and the jury's first ballots have closed around 4 to 12 November in past years. No game has ever been nominated with zero published reviews. This one comes down to whether Rockstar's review code reaches the 150-odd jury outlets in late October.
