Resolves YES if Nigel Farage is declared the winning candidate for the Clacton constituency.
Source: the official declaration by the returning officer, as published by Tendring District Council and recorded by the UK Parliament.
Settles once the result is formally declared, expected by 13 August 2026.
If Farage withdraws or does not stand, this resolves NO. If the election is postponed beyond the close date, this voids and refunds.
