Resolves YES if OpenAI files for bankruptcy protection, is acquired such that it no longer operates as an independent entity, or publicly announces it is ceasing operations.

Layoffs, executive departures, losing money, or a down round do not count. A restructuring that leaves OpenAI operating under its own name resolves NO.
