Will X release its recommendation algorithm as open source before September 2026?

X has promised to open-source its algorithm more than once. This asks whether the code actually ships.

Resolves YES if X publishes source code for its recommendation or ranking system under an OSI-approved licence in a publicly accessible repository.

A blog post describing the algorithm is not source code. An update to a previously published repository counts only if it is a new release of the ranking system, not a documentation change.
