What is KYC?

"Know Your Customer", the ID check every real-money platform must run before you can deposit.

Passport photo, selfie, sometimes proof of address: KYC is the legal gate between you and any regulated money platform. It exists to block fraud and underage accounts, and it's why "sign up in 30 seconds" never applies to real-money prediction markets.

It's also the clearest line between real-money and play-money platforms. Foresee has no deposits, so there's nothing to verify, an email is the entire paperwork.
