What is a binary market?

A question with exactly two ends: yes or no. No draws, no maybes.

Binary markets are the atoms of prediction markets. Their trick is in the wording: a sharp question ("above $120k at 23:59 UTC") leaves no room for argument at resolution time.

Multi-choice markets exist too, but they're really just bundles of binaries wearing a trench coat.
